These terms are effective from 2026-05-14.
1. General terms
The online store agescase.ee is owned and operated by Ages Partner OÜ (registry code 11241110, VAT EE101054722), located at Pärnu tn 52, 72712 Paide, Estonia. Contact: info@agescase.ee.
2. Ordering and contract
Placing an order in the online store creates a sales contract between the buyer and the seller. The seller confirms receipt of the order by email. Goods are delivered after order confirmation and payment receipt.
3. Prices and payments
Prices are in euros (EUR) including VAT (24%); business customers see prices excluding VAT. Payment methods: bank link (Montonio). B2B and state/municipal customers: e-invoice via Telema, payment term 21 days (by agreement).
4. Delivery
Delivery in Estonia via DPD parcel machine or DPD courier. International delivery by arrangement (Baltics, Nordics). Delivery times depend on product stock and carrier capacity.
5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumer)
Consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without reason (EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU). The right does not apply to custom-made or individually measured products. Returned goods must be unused and in original packaging.
6. Warranty and complaints
The seller provides at least a 2-year warranty on all products. Peli™ products carry a lifetime manufacturer warranty. Send complaints to info@agescase.ee.
7. Privacy policy (GDPR)
Ages Partner OÜ processes personal data under GDPR (EU 2016/679) and the Estonian Personal Data Protection Act. We collect only data necessary for order fulfilment (name, address, contact, payment, and delivery data). Data is not shared with third parties outside the scope of order fulfilment.
8. Cookies
The site uses functional and analytics cookies. Visitor consent is requested on the first visit.
9. Dispute resolution
The parties seek to resolve disputes by agreement. If an agreement is not reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Estonian Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority or Harju County Court.
10. Changes to the terms
The seller reserves the right to amend the terms. Changes take effect from the moment of publication. Existing orders are fulfilled according to the terms in force at the time of order.
